Pre Appointment Care
BROWS
4-6 Weeks Before
Discontinue the use of anti-aging and/or acne skin care products with any vitamin A or derivatives such as retinol or tretinoin. If you don’t use directly on your brows, must discontinue still due to product migration.
Must wait 4 weeks after getting Botox and/or Dermal fillers
Avoid receiving any facial treatments such as microdermabrasion, micro-peels, micro-needling, laser resurfacing and laser hair removal
1-2 Weeks Before
Avoid excessive sun exposure and tanning beds for at least 2 weeks
Discontinue the use of fish oil, vitamin E, ginger and any other blood thinning supplement 1 week prior to service.
Discontinue the use of skin care products containing AHA’s and/or BHA’s
Must wait 2 weeks after getting brow lamination
24-48 Hours Before
NO EXERCISING
NO ALCOHOL
NO CAFFINE
NO ASPIRIN / IBUPROFIN
Lip Blush
If you have ever experienced a cold sore, it is important to begin taking a prescription cold sore medication the day before treatment as prescribed by doctor to prevent an outbreak.
Start exfoliating lips 3-4 days before service.
Keep your lips HYDRATED!! Drink plenty of water and use a hydrating lip balm/mask. Imperative to come to your appointment with soft hydrated lips
Any lip fillers and/or lip flips must be healed for one month prior to appointment
Discontinue the use of AHA’s / BHA’s, retin-a for at least 5 days prior to appointment
Avoid alcohol, caffeine and any blood thinners (ie: ibuprofen, aspirin, fish oil) at least 48 hours prior.
Avoid the use of lipsticks/stains as they contain alcohol and will dry out your lips.
Eyeliner
DO NOT wear any eye makeup to your appointment (ie: mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow)
Lash extensions must be removed prior to service or your will be required to reschedule, and forfeit your deposit.
Lash serum can’t be used prior to this procedure. Your appointment will be rescheduled and deposit forfeited if lash serums have been used.

Post Appointment Care
Brows
Do Not get wet or apply any ointment for the first 24 hours.
After 24 hours, you may begin washing with a gentle, fragrance free cleanser. Do not use anything with exfoliating or acne treating ingredients such as glycolic acid, salicylic acid, retinol, AHAs or BHAs.
Only wash with clean finger tips, do NOT scrub. Pat dry after washing and rinsing. Apply an ointment to your brows, recommend Aquaphor.
Continue washing routine twice a day for 7-10 days.
During the healing process, absolutely no excessive sun exposure, sweating, steam, makeup or working out.
You may fill in with brow pencil if necessary after thee first 7 days.
Once your brows are healed after 2 weeks, recommend using sunscreen on them daily.
Lip Blush
You may apply Aquaphor ointment the first night
Keep the area clean with gentle, fragrance free cleanser. Do NOT use anything with exfoliating or acne ingredients.
Avoid spicy or hot foods for the first 48 hours and avoid biting directly into food
Keep your lips moisturized and hydrated!!! Apply ointment morning, night and after every meal or snack. If they ever feel dry or dehydrated, apply more ointment!!
Continue this for 5-7 days or until all flaking is done.
During the healing process, absolutely no excessive sun exposure, sweating, steam, makeup or working out.
Eye Liner
Do NOT get wet or apply any ointment for the first 24 hours.
After 24 hours, begin washing with a gentle, fragrance free cleanser and do not use anything with exfoliating or acne ingredients such as glycolic acid, salicylic acid, retinol AHAs or BHAs
Wash with clean finger tips and do not scrub, rinse and pat dry.
The eye area is sensitive and only recommend applying ointment if treated area feels dry or flaky.
Continue this twice a day for 7-10 days.
During the healing process, absolutely no excessive sun exposure, sweating, steam, makeup or working out.
After 7 days, you may resume using makeup on the treated area.
